Our Role: eOrders Platform is a technology facilitator ONLY. We connect customers with local food vendors. We do NOT prepare food, deliver food, or handle payments.

1What Our Platform Does

eOrders Platform is a technology service that:

  • Provides a digital marketplace where customers can discover local food vendors
  • Displays menus, prices, and vendor information
  • Facilitates order placement and communication between customers and vendors
  • Acts as a connection point between customers and independent food vendors

2What Our Platform Does NOT Do

2.1 We Do NOT Prepare Food

The Platform does NOT:

  • Prepare, cook, or handle any food items
  • Operate kitchens or food preparation facilities
  • Employ chefs or kitchen staff
  • Have any control over food preparation processes

All food is prepared by independent vendors who operate their own kitchens.

2.2 We Do NOT Deliver Food

The Platform does NOT:

  • Provide delivery services
  • Employ delivery personnel
  • Operate a delivery network
  • Handle food transportation

All food delivery is arranged by vendors independently. The Platform is not responsible for delivery timing, condition of delivered items, or delivery-related issues.

2.3 We Do NOT Handle Payments

The Platform does NOT:

  • Collect, process, or store payments
  • Act as a payment intermediary
  • Handle refunds or payment disputes
  • Store payment card or banking information
  • Process UPI, card, or cash transactions

All payments are handled directly between customers and vendors. The Platform is not involved in any financial transactions.

3.1 Platform is NOT Responsible For:

Food Quality Issues

  • Food taste, freshness, or quality
  • Food contamination or spoilage
  • Incorrect food items or quantities
  • Food that does not match menu descriptions
  • Food that does not meet your expectations

Hygiene and Safety

  • Kitchen hygiene standards
  • Food handling practices
  • Food safety compliance
  • Sanitation and cleanliness of vendor premises

Delivery Issues

  • Late deliveries or delays
  • Food arriving in poor condition
  • Incorrect delivery addresses
  • Failed or missed deliveries
  • Temperature of food upon delivery

Pricing Disputes

  • Price discrepancies between menu and actual charges
  • Additional charges or fees
  • Price changes or updates

Payment Issues

  • We are not liable for any aspect of the vendor-customer relationship

The Platform does NOT guarantee:

  • That food is free from allergens or contamination
  • That food preparation meets health and safety standards

5.2 Customer Responsibility for Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Customers are STRONGLY ADVISED to:

  • Inform vendors of any food allergies or dietary restrictions

  • Exercise caution when ordering if you have known allergies
